The Most Controversial Celebrities in Hollywood

Introduction

We all have our favorite celebrities and some of them are very well-liked. But there are others that we don't like as much. Here's a list of some of the most controversial celebrities in Hollywood.

Kanye West

Kanye West has been involved in many controversies throughout his career. He is a rapper, fashion designer and producer who has used his fame to make controversial remarks about race, homosexuality and politics.

It all started when he married Kim Kardashian in 2013 after dating her for four years; however the union was not blessed by the Catholic Church because of their religious differences. The couple have three children together: North (born July 2015), Saint (born December 2015) and Chicago (born February 2017).

In 2016 Kanye caused outrage among fans when he said during an interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra that slavery was “a choice” while speaking on his views on black people being treated unfairly compared to others around them - although later apologized for making such comments which led many people questioning whether he actually believes what he says anymore or not?

Bill Cosby

Bill Cosby was a popular actor, comedian and producer in the 1960s and 1970s. He starred in "The Cosby Show" for nine seasons as Dr. Cliff Huxtable, a father of four who runs an educational TV show with his wife Clair (Phylicia Rashad).

But he's probably best known for his role as Fat Albert in the animated series "Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids." The show ran from 1972 to 1992—and it's still remembered today by many young people who grew up watching it!

Despite being one of America's most successful comedians, Bill Cosby has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women over the years; some even testified during his trial that they had been drugged at parties where Bill Cosby served as host or guest speaker while they were underage girls struggling with self-esteem issues due to their weight gain after pregnancy or other medical conditions affecting their physical appearance (like polycystic ovary syndrome).

Woody Allen

Woody Allen is a filmmaker, actor and author. He was born on September 13th, 1935 in New York City. His parents were middle class Jewish Americans who had immigrated from Russia during the 1920s and 30s.

Allen's mother died when he was three years old, leaving him fatherless for most of his childhood. He was raised by his aunt and uncle who ran a grocery store called “The Bagel Factory” where they worked as waiters while they ran their own business at night (they later became famous for their bagels).

When Allen was around 12 years old his father remarried again but this time it wasn't quite so pleasant because she didn't like children or dogs either! Eventually though after some time living with them again things got better between all three members which resulted in Woody spending more time with both parents rather than just being home alone when he wasn't at school since there weren't any other kids close enough together yet."

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was one of the most controversial celebrities in Hollywood. He was accused of child molestation, being a pedophile and sexual assault. Some people also claimed that he was a racist and narcissist, while others said he was an addict who used drugs and alcohol to cope with his emotional pain.

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus is a pop singer who has been criticized for her controversial performances. Her most infamous performance was at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, when she twerked on Robin Thicke and Kendrick Lamar’s “Blurred Lines” without permission. This video went viral and caused an uproar in the media, who questioned whether or not it was appropriate for Cyrus to dance so provocatively on stage without warning anyone else about what she was planning to do beforehand.

In addition to this performance being considered inappropriate by some fans and critics alike, many other people have expressed disappointment with Cyrus' relationship with Liam Hemsworth—whom she briefly dated before breaking up early this year due to their differences over religion (he's Christian while she's non-religious).

Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp is one of the most controversial celebrities in Hollywood. He has been involved in some high-profile relationships, including Amber Heard and Vanessa Paradis, Winona Ryder and Kate Moss, Lori Anne Allison (who accused him of domestic abuse) and his relationship with actress Amber Heard after she accused him of domestic violence.

Depp made headlines again when he was photographed kissing actor Jack O'Connell at a Los Angeles restaurant on March 20th 2018 [9].

Mel Gibson

Mel Gibson has been involved in a number of controversies. In 2006, he was arrested for drunk driving and later pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence (DUI), anger management issues, resisting arrest and battery on an officer (a case that was eventually dropped).

In 2010, he publicly apologized for making anti-semitic comments during an interview with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. He also made numerous anti-muslim comments during an episode of Crossfire aired on CNN where he claimed Muslims "hate us." In addition to these public statements, it has been reported that he has also made homophobic remarks towards gay people while working on The Hangover franchise.[1][2]

Woody Harrelson

Woody Harrelson is a controversial celebrity. He has been involved in several scandals, including being arrested twice and accused of sexual harassment by two different women.

Jodie Foster

Jodie Foster is an Academy Award-winning actress and director. She was in the movie Silence of the Lambs, which won her an Oscar nomination. She has also been involved in many controversies that have made headlines across the world.

Foster was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress for her role in The Accused (1991), but she lost out to Sissy Spacek for Crimes of Passion (1994). In 2004, Foster became only the second woman ever to be nominated for best director at Cannes Film Festival with her film George Washington; it was later revealed that she had used a body double during filming because she did not want anyone knowing how old she really looked!

Walt Disney

Walt Disney was a controversial figure in his own time. He was accused of being a racist, a sexist and an anti-semite. In addition to that, he was also accused of being a Nazi sympathizer and communist.

We know that these celebrities have been involved in some controversy.

You’re probably wondering, “Who are the most controversial celebrities in Hollywood?” The answer is: It depends on who you ask. Some would say that Woody Allen and Michael Jackson are two of the most famous people to ever live. Others may argue that Miley Cyrus is a celebrity who has caused controversy for her behavior and statements. And still others might point out Johnny Depp as someone who has made some questionable decisions when it comes to his personal life and career choices in general (but let's not talk about those right now).

If we were to go down this list of celebrities' controversies one by one—and we definitely have—we could cover quite a bit of ground! But since there are already far too many lists floating around online these days, we're going with something simpler: Why do these people get into trouble? There are three reasons: They don't listen closely enough; they want attention; or they need money from their brand associations!

Conclusion

Celebrities are often at the center of controversy, but that doesn’t mean that they stop being famous. In fact, sometimes their scandals only help them to become even more popular with fans! So when you think about it, it’s not so surprising that these celebrities have been involved in some controversy; they’re still very famous and will probably always be remembered by many people across the world.
